As of April 29, 2013, Star Aviation, Inc. will be changing location of operations. We are moving to our new facility at 9001 W. Hwy. 42 Goshen, KY 40026. Please direct all shipping to this new address. In addition to more than doubling our work space, we are also adding some new equipment items that will enhance our work process and further increase the quality of our finished product. Added will be; Cobra 36 Carrier Braiding Machine, Spectrum 210D Laser Wire Stripping System, MRO 200A Laser Wire Marking and cutting System and a Laser CNC.

We are looking forward to the move and the positive impact it will have on our employees work environment and on expanding capabilities for our valued customers. We will be maintaining our old address for a short time, to ensure that we are able to capture any wayward shipments.

Star Aviations' "Intermittent Fault Diagnostic and Isolation" capability is beyond that of all others within the commercial aviation industry, including Original Equipment Manufacturers'. Using the patented IFD technology of our partner Universal Synaptics, we are able to see faults which have previously gone undetected, and are generally reported back to the customer as "No Fault Found" NFF.

Star Aviation is the sole domestic provider of these diagnostic capabilities to the commercial airline industry.

We are presently using the IFD4000, soon to include "Spread Spectrum" Reflectometry. The IFD4000 is a ruggedized portable unit, which provides the flexibility to perform diagnostics on the customers aircraft, at their location or in a lab environment at our facility. We also have access to a Laboratory IFDIS, with Environmental Chamber and Shake Table, which allows us to accomplish simulated operational environment analysis of the UUT for intermittencies.

The portable Ncompass™ / IFD™ 4000 module is capable of interfacing with 256 electrical connection points, but is scalable to provide capability for monitoring an infinite number of circuits.

In addition to detecting and isolating intermittent faults, the Ncompass™ / IFD™ can automatically interrogate and store the as-designed wiring configuration for a good unit and then based on that "gold" configuration, detect any open, short, ohmic, impedance, drift or mis-wiring problem in subsequent UUT's.
